TIPS : How to Lose weight

So it's been a while since I gave out tips. So this time, I'm gonna give out tips on how I lose weight. I hope these tips will help you like it helped me.

Yes! Water will be your best friend. It'll be good if you could finish at least 2 bottles of water to keep yourself hydrated. If you wish to lessen your eating, drink one or two glasses of water. Water of course will do good things for your body.




If you can't say goodbye to softdrinks, at least lessen your intake of it. I just heard it from my ninang when she told me na nakakalaki ng tiyan ang softdrinks and it's true. I might look slim but I have a huge tummy. lol. And I'll share later-on on how I lose it.




Carbs causes most why we get fat, I heard. So for the effective way to lose weight is lessen your Carbs. Like my doctor said, 100% carbs in the morning's first meal, 50% on the second meal, and none one the later meals. But, it'll be better if there's no carbs or if you're gonna stick to 10%-25% of Carbs all day long.




EXERCISE HELPS! I don't believe it when people say that if you want to lose weight, go exercise. I know a lot of people who exercise but doesn't lose weight. Losing weight is based on your eating routine.




Yes it's sad. I love sweets but I try my best to lessen eating sweets. More sweets meaning more fat. I don't know but that's what I believe after watching the "Fairly Odd Parents Sweets episode"



So, my personal dieting routine is not good. Why? It's because I literally don't eat, and if I do, I'll just eat a bite or I'll just drink a glass. I caused me Ulcer and mild Anorexia but it worked for me, though, I need to escape it for at least two weeks after doing it.

101512 | The Ideal Man

Lately, I've been a sucker for the Ideal Man posts and notes and stuff so, I thought why not make one? I don't expect meeting this ideal man tomorrow or later, but I just wish I do. I don't care if that person lacks one, two, three traits as long as he has the important factors it'll be okay.

To start

So yeah, actually for me, the LOOKS are really important. Lalo na I know my cousins are bullies. Kahit crush lang, they want the person to look good or else they'll ask me what I see in that person. Pero double win if he looks good inside and outside.
What are the typical looks I want? Has fair or light skin, no facial hair or what-so-ever, no any other piercing pero if it's at the ears, pwede pa , nice teeth, nice eyes, and I'm weird for liking their noses. lol

Oh yes the height! The height ranks third or fourth in my important list! Since I'm small, I'd prefer a guy taller than me. Much better if the guy stand 5'5 and above, super WIN! Pero it's okay if the guy isn't 5'5 or above, as long as he's taller than me for 2 or 3 inches, and hindi ko mahahabol yung height nya, it's good.

So basically, everything under traits are important. of course!

If you're a religious guy, plus points. Not religious in a way na, you attend mass everyday. I don't say it's bad pero, it's okay if you don't as long as you turn to God in everything you do. I don't care if you haven't attended a mass for more than a month or anything as long as you always pray, you respect God, and that you keep your faith in him.



One thing that I've been trying to look for a guy. Sa panahanon ngayon, mahirap na makahanap ng ganitong guy especially most of the guys now play DotA. I don't care if you play DotA as long as you're not an addict. Trust me guys, girls are trying to find this in a guy. The guy who's willing to do anything for the girl he loves the guy who's willing to wait forever just for her and the guy who won't have a thought of leaving her.



RESPET! One thing the parents are trying to find in a guy. Not just respect for the parents but respect for the girl, well, respect for every single thing. For the people who doesn't know why respect is the No. 1 thing that parents are trying to look for a guy is, kasi they don't want to hand their daughters to some scumbag who just wanna toy and get laid with her! excuse me for my words.

Sporty. I want a guy who's sporty like me. plus plus points if it's basketball and hopefully, it's not a female sport. I would probably be insecure if the guy's playing a female sport better than me. lol


Musically-inclined person! I don't mind if you can't sing or can't play any instruments as long as you like music. and again, PLUS PLUS points if you can sing and play an instrument I would like a guy who likes music since for me, without music, I'm nothing!



I absolutely love pets and if you do too, we'll get along well. Pet lover since our house is filled with dogs/pets. It's not good to look at if you don't like pets and my family loves them, it'll be like you against the world!



PLUS points if you can dance. You don't have to be an awesome one but as long as you can ride the beat and dance with the rhythm, GOOD!



I don't know why, but I have a thing for guys who's good in math. It makes me think that they have a hot brain.



Oh yes! The dimples! My pure weakness since I don't have any. I like it since dagdag sya sa cute-points in a guy. And I prefer cute real guys rather than stunning hot ones.



One more thing I've been trying to find in a guy. Syempre I don't want someone who's really boring to talk to. Humorous para sakto lang. Hindi labis, hindi sobra.

NO NO NO! BIGGEST TURN OFFs EVER! I really don't like guys who smoke although my mom and brother does. I don't know, it gives a dirty image kasi. I really like a clean guy. For the drinker... it's okay, as long as you're not an addict, eww, lasingero :P



Like I said, I don't like dirty guys. There are tattoos kasi na ang dumi dumi tignan, okay lang if it's small and hidden pero still, I'm prefer if wala.
Hennas are okay, nabubura naman sila diba?



Piercing, it's okay, if sa ears lang, and there are only one or two each per ear. Ang dumi tignan if there are piercing sa ibang parts ng body. :P especially if sa face yung piercing.





SO yeah, basically, that's my Ideal person. Oh yes he exists! And I know who he is, my only problem is that, we're not that close. The guy's JERIC MARCO GRAY FORTUNA. haha! Can't tell :P I know he exist and I'm wishing that he's the right guy for me, pero I'll let the Lord take the wheel.

Let's say it na yes, nakiki-school lang ako pero I really am a Thomasian by heart. Pero this is the only time that I supported the whole team nang buong puso and I'm proud to say I did!


Still, congratulations to Ateneo kahit na bitter ako. I never really thought that I would get this emotional for today's game. I didn't expect myself to cry. I actually cried the most when I saw kuya Jeric Fortuna and kuya Melo Afuang's face during the awarding ceremony. They we're so close. Just a three point away with 7.7 on the shot clock.

Maybe, the game wasn't just for UST. Maybe it wasn't meant for them because for sure, God holds something better for the team. Still, I'm sure that the whole Thomasian Community is thanking God for helping the Tigers go this far.

101012 | decisions

So lately, I've been thinking about what course I will take by the time na I'll go to college. They told me na, I better think of what course first bago choosing what college ang papasukan ko. Well, they have a point and they're right.
When I started studying my third year in high school, decided na akong Law ang kukunin ko when I go to college and there's nothing stopping me except for the fact na hindi ko masabi sa parents ko. My sister knows it though.
One night maybe a month ago or so. My sis and I talked about it. She told me na, I should get a pre-law where if ever na I get lazy to take Law, may work pa din ako. And she's right. So I searched for pre-law courses online and when I found the two things I want: Journalism and Marketing, my sister's boyfriend told me na, why won't you take Fine Arts since you're good at it. It made things more complicated for me! Grabe!

So back to the start. I've been thinking what course ang kukunin ko. If it's Marketing or Fine Arts. I really don't know anymore. Gusto ko nang umiyak since in school and at home, I'm getting pressured when they ask me 'what course kukunin mo?' and I can't answer them since nahihiya ako and I want to give them my final decision.

Hopefully I'm gonna make up my mind sooner or later, or probably, at least before I became a Senior High student.


Anyway, If you're wondering what school I'll take, I'm choosing between the Big Four: UNIVERSITY OF STO. TOMAS, DE LA SALLE UNIVERSITY, ATENEO DE MANILA UNIVERSITY and UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

Crush? Too early to say

So, basically, for the past few days, I've been talking with ****. I can't reveal the name since my friends might be reading this :))

It's not really a Crush-crush. It's just I like him since he seems so nice and he's very approachable. We don't really talk in person we're more of like tweet-talk-ish persons. I don't know but it seems to be easier to talk to him in twitter. Maybe it's because my nerves gets the best of me.

UAAP SEMI : UST VS. NU

Hello! Got back from the dead! So basically, if you're a basketball lover, brace yourself since this post will be about the basketball game between UST Growling Tigers and the NU Bulldogs last Sept. 29

So we left our house around 8 am just to get to the Big Dome to watch the game. We got stuck in traffic but thankfully, we reached the Dome just in time.

On our way in, my sister's boyfriend spotted PBA player, Dylan Ababou behind us. At first we didn't have the thought to take a picture with him but, what's to lose, right?

So, after taking the picture, the three of us went to buy some food then went to our seats. The seats was nice although it's UpperBox. The UpperBox of the Dome is much nearer then the MOA Arena's. Just saying. So to the GAME.

Okay so Hello People of the earth, mars, and other planet that visits my blog :D
I've been gone for so long so this is like the first time I blogged again. Gonna try to catch up and rant though. Sorry if there's not much pictures here now. Got no time to take any.


So, lately I'm kinda sad or broken hearted as they say. Why? Erm.. because of the one guy in my class that told me he likes me he said this

Mia? Unang-una sa lahat, sorry ah? Kasi ang kulet ko eh. Dikit ako ng dikit sayo, yan tuloy, napagkakamalan. xD Eh HINDI KO TLGA MATIIS EH! Gusto ko kasi katabi kita palage. Gusto kong gulohin ung buhok mo kahet magulo naman. Gusto kitang paypayan ng air-con. Alam mo naman kasi ung dahilan kung baket gusto ko lahat gawin yan eh, KASI GUSTO KITA! Yun lng naman. Pag-pasensyahan mo na ako ah? MAKULET lng tlga eh. Kung naiinis ka man saken, ayos lng. Basta matabihan ko lng ang PINAKA CUUUUUUUUUUTE na tao sa mundo. Kaya Mia? To be honest, reading and translating these made me cry. It made me miss him more and more. To think that the time when I lowered my high standards for him, was the time that he'll give up on me and start courting another girl. sigh Well, I'm late now and IF he's really the one for me, then he'll come back and like they say, "don't always say maybe next time because sometimes, next time is just TOO LATE"

Got Left Out

Hello sweethearts!
I'm really sorry for not updating for decades... lol. But yeah, I'm sorry. I have reasons for not updating of course. It's all because of school and lack of good things to share. But it's now July and it means Mid-Year Sale. Next week, I might be going to Forever21, Topshop, and Zara shops to buy all the poo I want. So let's wait for it.

So, school started a month ago. And this is what I looked like and what's inside my bag during the first week. And also what I wasted paper on.

first picture: Is me, wearing out school uniform. I'm gonna try to post the whole school uniform sometime though. Well, I had my hair curled and my face looks like that I just woke up so sorry for that.
second picture: What's inside my bag? My cellphones, hair tie, my ILOVELONDON mirror, The Notebook, Wallet, Keys, baller and yellow pad(third picture).

On the second week of school, I caught a cold. It was good for me though since I don't feel belong in my class and I just miss my old classmates! Really so much. 

Anyway, in class, I was voted as Muse... and I don't know why?! And my escort is the guy I like.. just like. He's like my partner for everything. It's weird.! 

Yesterday was our opening salvo. Nothing much happened but I got the chance to spend time with my old friends. It was really good. I mean really! Even though they cashed me out :3 I was the one who bought the food and drinks for two days. 

What else? Oh! Did I say I'm in-love with my current desktop? I just find it very cute and stuff.. wanna see it? Here.. here.. here
