TIPS : How to Lose weight
So it's been a while since I gave out tips. So this time, I'm gonna give out tips on how I lose weight. I hope these tips will help you like it helped me.


Yes! Water will be your best friend. It'll be good if you could finish at least 2 bottles of water to keep yourself hydrated. If you wish to lessen your eating, drink one or two glasses of water. Water of course will do good things for your body.

If you can't say goodbye to softdrinks, at least lessen your intake of it. I just heard it from my ninang when she told me na nakakalaki ng tiyan ang softdrinks and it's true. I might look slim but I have a huge tummy. lol. And I'll share later-on on how I lose it.

Carbs causes most why we get fat, I heard. So for the effective way to lose weight is lessen your Carbs. Like my doctor said, 100% carbs in the morning's first meal, 50% on the second meal, and none one the later meals. But, it'll be better if there's no carbs or if you're gonna stick to 10%-25% of Carbs all day long.

EXERCISE HELPS! I don't believe it when people say that if you want to lose weight, go exercise. I know a lot of people who exercise but doesn't lose weight. Losing weight is based on your eating routine.

Yes it's sad. I love sweets but I try my best to lessen eating sweets. More sweets meaning more fat. I don't know but that's what I believe after watching the "Fairly Odd Parents Sweets episode"
So, my personal dieting routine is not good. Why? It's because I literally don't eat, and if I do, I'll just eat a bite or I'll just drink a glass. I caused me Ulcer and mild Anorexia but it worked for me, though, I need to escape it for at least two weeks after doing it.
